This 1953 Volkswagen Beetle is believed to be one of the first 100 Volkswagen Beetles sold in Canada in 1953 which was the first year the Beetle was available there.
This Beetle has undergone a full pan off restoration and at that time had a color change to dark blue metallic with a period correct gray cloth interior.
Although it does not have its original engine it does house a correct replacement for a 1953.
