My vanagon runs well and has not given me any problems over the years. I use it as a daily driver and on long trips. The van ismeticulously cared for by the mechanics at Motorkars in Columbus Ohio. overheated in traffic.
The body condition is used, ot abused. There are 0 tears on the interior panels However the exterior has light scratches caused by my neighbors thorn bushes. As with most vanagons there is some rust on the forward bumper mount( See Picture ). I should have the rust fiixed this week.
Features. Some of the features that are offered on the 1991 vanagon are; heat and a/c, ubber mats for carpeting, added dash, ower steering and a large mattress over the engine.
Overall I have to say that the van is a quality piece ofmachineryand it will give you many years of service.

-The Van has an automatic transmission,-The van has never overheated in traffic.-The tires are new an proper for the vehicle.-the heater blower under the dash is new.-new exhaust headers summer 2015-window and door seals inexcellentcondition.-the head liner is clean and undamaged-The under carirage is clear of rust and rot.-The step wells are clean and rust free.The drive is straight and true.
There is a tear in the cargo mat in front of the sliding door. There is a slight leak of coolant coming from the rear of the car.
