Description

For sale is my very loved 1981 Westfalia Campmobile (P27). Originally an Arizona vehicle now with 203,xxx miles there is practically no rust on the subframe. The surface rust on the body is due to the bus being used as an advertisement vehicle at one point in its life. The interior is very clean and in good working order. The sink works as does one of the burners. The fridge does also keep cool when the vehicle is plugged into electricity but I am not sure whether the gas refrigeration works. The carpet and seats and upper bunk in good condition as is the canvas top. A new GoWesty front curtain was added, ew bungees for all side curtains as well as few other items (fridge vent cap, ood grade water hose, hule roof rack). Previous owner installed as awesome stereo with Infinity speakers, erfect for road trips.

Motor has been rebuilt (with about 600 miles on it, nly going to Vedauwoo and back to Laramie last summer) as the previous owner dropped a valve destroying the previous motor. The motor was rebuilt with new heads including stainless steel valves and a Webcam 126 Camshaft, hich gives a little more power, ut more importantly reduces head temperatures improving reliability. Dual Weber 34 icts were added for better fuel mileage but the bus accelerates surprisingly well. With the rebuild, head temperature gauge was added to ensure piece of mind. Axles were recently rebuilt and a new fuel pump has also been installed. The transmission received a new throw out bearing and new side plate covers.

Brand new Hankook 8 ply tires were just installed (recommended for Westfalias as they are slightly top heavy).

This is an awesome bus with nothing but the best parts, s I built the bus for my own use, ut unfortunately need to sell.
