EBAY helper Another "turbokev" auction~! ~1987 Volvo 240 DL in fantastic condition~ DESCRIPTION: Here is a super clean survivor car from 1987 that runs and drives well. No rust. came from Arizona to the east coast in 2014 and was stored all winter. The fuel injected 4 cylinder motor runs perfectly. the 5 speed manual transmission shift great. Uncommon pale yellow paint is in excellent condition. nice and glossy. Interior is brown cloth. Recent timing belt. tires. exhaust. and brakes including master cylinder. Car is reliable and ready to drive. Like most Volvos this age. the odometer gear has failed so I must sell it as a ‘true mileage unknown’ car. The car fires right up with no smoke. runs smoothly and powerfully. and is very clean under the hood. No warning lights are on. the gas and temp gauges work. the clock works. and central locking works. The underside is just as clean as the top. no rust. no leaks. no damage. Interior is clean and comfortable. however there are a few plastic items that are cracked or broken. The drivers door map pocket is missing the rear section. the rear section of the center console is broken. the third brake light housing is missing a piece and the dash has a few cracks (covered by fitted dash mat) Most of those items are in a bag in the trunk if you wanted to superglue them. Overall. for its age. it looks great inside and out and should provide many more years of enjoyment. Please note that New Hampshire is a non title state once the car is 15 years old.
