Greetings to All!! imotors is quite pleased to offer possibly one of the nicest 1960 Caddys Available anywhere! 1960 IMHO was the re-designed '59!! We ALL love 1959 Cadillacs with those huge fins and quad bullet tail lights. I spent many hours in one as a child and those memories are etched in my mind forever!! I am now 61 and that was at least 50 years ago! We travelled from Pittsburgh Pa to Milwaukee Wisconsin in one more than once. Four small children in the backseat with no DVD players or even a walkman!! I am surprised that we all survived!!This particular example has spent most of it's life in New York State. I purchased it from a fellow who just did not have the means to care for it properly or bring it to the level that you see here. I believe that it has had one repaint sometime in it's life. It is mechanically fantastic with fresh brakes(lines cylinders etc.) and new dual exhaust from front to back. The floors and frame are totally solid and original with no patching noted anywhere. We had the car painted from the molding down and Expertly re-patched the bottoms of both front fenders. The chrome is bright and shiny with some light pitting on the trunk molding that you can feel and some on the rear bumper that you can't feel but can see on close up inspection. You will note in the many detailed photos below that there is a small rust hole in the right rear bumper end. Easily repaired or replaced next winter while the Caddy is in storage!The Fawn interior is original with the exception of the front seat and the headliner. Both have been expertly restored with original materials from SMS by the famous Weimann's interiors in Delmont Pa! As you will see in the photos below it is simply Gorgeous and looks just like it did in 1960!! There is one typical crack in the dashpad. I decided to let the lucky new owner decide what to do with this...Dash cap or new pad or leave as is. Everything works as it should with the exception of the clock and the power antenna. All power windows and seat along with the AM Radio. What is nice about this one is that is has Factory installed A/C that blows cold!This is a Gorgeous 1960 Cadillac that runs and drives fantastic. It always starts right up and has been ultra-dependable!!! I have driven it a few hundred miles with no noted issues. It has been a pleasure and rides just as you would expect a Cadillac to ride...like you are on a cloud! As you will notice at the end of the presentation there is a trail of ownership from 1960 until now. Long term ownership indicates care and pride which I believe this 1960 Cadillac has enjoyed it's entire life!!!As with all classic and collectable vehicles this 1960 Cadillac is being sold without warranty. You can tell by the condition of the paint that this Beauty was Always Garaged and Pampered!! Note the Corrosion free chrome and stainless....A true Testament to Fair weather exposure Only! The rear parcel shelf(Where we slept as small children) is in excellent condition The area behind the skirts is THE most prone to rust...Ours is nice and solid on both sides! In this Photo you can see the true Beauty and Elegance of the 1960 Cadillac Sedan. EVERYONE like tail fins! As I'm sure you all know it is very typical to have some rust on the rear bumper ends.......This one is not near as bad as some I've seen. I love these old Cadillacs.....My father drove them when I was young. My brother and sisters and I spent many miles in the back seat of a '59! Nice and straight for an almost 60 year old car. This side is also nice and solid! I believe that this was one of the most Luxurious Sedans ever built. Everywhere you look there is a special attention to detail and craftsmanship!! Pure Class and Luxury I love the headlight covers. They are so period! I was told that they are called "Sleepy Eyes". They enable you to use High Beams all the time!!! WAY Cool!!! I consider this gorgeous work of art "Automotive Jewelry". The door panels are totally original!

The front seat has been completely restored with original fabric from SMS.....It looks like it did in 1960! The headliner has also been replaced with one from SMS....It is just Beautiful!!

The rear seat is totally original as are the carpets. The rear shelf is lovely! Just Gorgeous. The original dash pad is nice and straight with only one crack. I decided to let the next caretaker decide what to do with this! IIce cold factory installed Air Conditioning!

The trunk is also original and is in really nice condition with all tools and jacking equipment present!!

As I am not a "rattle can" artist I decided to leave the engine compartment as found. The new owner can decide whether to leave it original or freshen it up a bit or do a full blown detail. TNote the original A/C compressor with the factory stampings!!

The all important service receipts...shows long term pride of ownership!! Original owner in 1982! Original owner in 1983....23 years was a long time to own a car back then!
