Offered is a 1913 Cadillac 4 cylinder 50 hp speedster project. It's an excellent start for someone looking to build a speedster. Good size wheel base at 120". I started to disassemble the motor and then decided to offer the project. I reassembled the motor. The four pistons and rod are present but not in motor. The engine is completer including distributors, il pump, arburetor, ater pump, nd starter generator. It is missing the fan, wo coils, nd the copper tube the spark plug wires pass through. I have the brackets. The aluminum fan pulley needs repair or replaced. The transmission is in excellent condition. Drive shaft and rear end complete. Cone clutch needs to be relined, he brake and clutch pedal assembly is complete. The magnetic latch for the starter is missing.
The corner of the rear starter mounting bracket will need to be repaired. A photo is shown before the starter was mounted.
Also included are a excellent set of 1912 brass Cadillac side lights with one bracket. The wheels are 25" Kelsey demountable detachable with 35 x 5 used tires. Have most of the wheel studs and lug nuts not all.
The metal body/seats, as tank, runk, nd fenders were fabricated for a 1909 6 cylinder Premier chassis located in the 1950's. The new owner of the Premier decided to build a touring body. I purchased the body, as tank, runk, nd fenders less brackets from him in California.
Please study the photos as what is shown is what is there. Some of the items needed an ignition switch, rease fittings, eadlights, ail light, ne side light bracket, opper spark plug wire tube, oils, our hood latches, peedometer, ender brackets, nd a voltage regulator. I'm sure there are other items missing also.
There is a flat wood dash for a pattern, ood for pattern with hinges, andles, nd four cleats. Any questions please ask. I will post additional photos tomorrow.
