I am selling this 1952 Chevy truck that runs and drives as a daily driver! I bought this truck from a guy who drove it one tuesday a month to a local dairy queen car show in his town. He did this for the last year and a half and using it as a fun driving truck around his farm. He sold it as he was getting bad knees and had trouble shifting.
When I got it home, went through the truck and noticed all the lights work including blinkers, uage lights. The 216 6 cyl ran great with no knocks misses or smoke. All of the brakes are hooked up with new master cylinder and brake lines. the truck stops great like it should. The gas tank was cleaned out and the truck is running off the original tank.
It had a new water pump put on and servicable tires. This truck is original 6 volt system. I noticed filler on the driver door post (pictured) and minor filler here and there that was from him touching it up (all pictured ) this is a older paint job or even could be original paint that faded through. It has great petina! I pictured any cosmetic blemish I saw but in my opinion nothing major or overly worth addressing. The dash and door panels look awsome and the floor looks solid (pictured) The seat looks in great shape. The windows go up and down but the previous owner had plexiglass in them (easy flat glass replacemnt $40 lmc trucks) The previous owner and people at his car meet had called this truck "stella" and I left the sticker in the rear window. He laughed when he told me that every time he took it to the shows people kept saying Stella is here! The truck has a visor on it that sets it off well.
This truck comes with a clean and clear title ready to register. I do not want to overcall this truck or undercall it.In my opinion, t is a great petina truck that can be used as a daily driver. As everybody has their own opinion of what a daily driver survivor, encourage you to come and inspect the truck by appointment or hire ebay to do a independant inspection for you before bidding. The plate and plate toppers and dash Magnets do not come with the sale, hey are part of my personal collection, require a 500 non refundable paypal deposit within 24 hours of auction end. If I do not get the deposit within the time frame or before you come for the truck, will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it. I can help recommend shippers I have used in the past who have been very reasonable. If you have any questions call 563-568-1182 or 563-568-5111. thanks and have fun bidding on this awsome petina 1952 chevy truck!
