Selling this 1968 Chevy C10. I was going to keep it and make a shop truck out of it here at the shop but time constraints just are not going to allow that. I had rather sell it than see it just sitting behind the shop.
The truck was the typical, ow optioned work truck offered by Chevrolet in the late sixties. The only options on the SPID are exterior color,, hite and interior trim,,, ed. This was the working man's vehicle.
It has an inline six cylinder, 50 cubic inch, ngine. A tough three speed manual trans with a just replaced clutch kit. It starts, uns and drives like a 47 year old truck should.. It is not a freeway cruiser by any means.
The interior is just that, n interior. Seat, oors, teering wheel and windows. Side glasses roll up and down, indshield looks good for the age. Headlights and tail lights burn. Has sunvisors.
The body is,,, ell it is like almost all of these old trucks. better than a lot of them we come across but not as nice as some others. The cab supports are in much better shape than most of then we find, It will need cab corners, ocker panels and just over all body work,, ut every panel is intact, xcept for the front bumper. There does not appear to be any rust above the windshield.
The tires look to be in pretty good shape, lthough they are a bit small for our liking.
This is a starting, unning and driving truck that could be your next drive as you restore it, eater or shop truck. It is by no means perfect, ut the price reflects that. It is not a $10,000.00 truck and we are not trying to get that for it, t is just a cool little truck that you can afford to buy and do the things you want to do as you can.
