For sale here I have my all original Oklahoma farm find 1948 Chevrolet 3600 long bed 3/4 ton pickup truck. It has a clean and current Ks title and had been sitting on a farm since the late 80s. It has the factory accessory grille guard, hood emblem and the stock radio as well. The odometer shows just over 43k miles but the 216 is locked up. It is complete under the hood and inside as well missing mainly the keys and the hubcaps. The rear bumper has been swapped out for a heavier duty homemade work bumper as well. The truck has dent and dings all around from years of use and some of the usual rust associated with these trucks but its more solid than alot of them. It does have rust in the lower cowl, ps cab corner, lower fender, ps door bottom, a very small amount in the floor and a few small holes starting in the belt line. The glass is all weathered and some of it is cracked but its all flat and cheap to replace. The truck will have non matching 8 lug wheels with roller tires for transport. I'll throw the original split rims and tires in the bed if the buyer wants them. It rolls and steers but probably doesn't stop all that well although it does have a firm brake pedal so it may. The clutch doesn't seem to be completely gone either. The truck is selling with no reserve so the first bidder might own it. It is also for sale locally so the auction may end at anytime before a bid is placed. Thanks and good luck bidding.
I forgot to mention that the frame on the truck is good and solid everywhere. I also made a shutterfly album with 44 pictures of the truck and that site is farmfind1948chev3600.shutterfly.com. Thanks
