Description

When a death occurs, you dont know what you will fined locked up in someones warehouse... Out from the dust covered protection and away from the outside elements for many years comes this rare "EXTENDED" 1964 CHEVROLET C-30 SUBURBAN VAN.. After a tow job down the street & around the corner and spending several hundred dollars catching up on back tags and a mechanics cost, and a complete go thru, it now runs!! Its been driven less then 2 miles and parked and now its decided, we have tooo many cars!! I just say, we need a bigger "play yard"
Well, under the steel hood we find an OLDSMOBILE 403 V8 with a TH-400 automatic transmission and a FORD 1-Ton rear end.. Its had the carburetor rebuilt, %100 complete tune up, fluids flushed and refilled, tail lights reworked so they function properly and registration is up to date. Ignition replaced and now has a "PUSH BUTTON" starter in the dash.. It sounds nice and strong when fired up!! Even comes with a heavy duty trailer hitch as pictured... I like it but, its got to go... Shes pretty damm solid, Half dime sized hole in floor but pretty solid for a 52 year old truck.. Comes with the optional "Shag Carpet" headliner, extra front grill and some wheels that were in the rear and will go with the deal! Front door glass & windshield look good. I did notice one of the rear flat glass needing replacing..
I also noticed that the "MASTER CYLINDER" for the brakes are not holding pressure and therefor, is not safe to driveuntilrepaired.... All door open and close solid as they should.. This is a 52 year old truck and its going to need basic repairs and upgrades.. It is being sold "WHERE-IS" and most of all "AS-IS"
I believe I havedescribedthis to most accurate way that I can and may have left some info out "KNOWN" and "UNKNOWN"
If your looking for comfort, quiet ride, stops on a dime, doesnt leak when it rains.. Best to move on out!! This is not for you...
If your looking for achallenge, some interesting looks, a surprise when you turn the key, something dirty and rattles, people dont wont to park next to you, not afraid to get a door scratch while at the mall, not afraid to use your key to unlock the door, dont care how much gas it takes to fill the tank, have a dog that looves car rides, not afraid to spill your Boones Farm on the floor board when you turn the corner, then this is the vehicle for you and you better start bidding!!
