For sale. Very rare 1942 Chevy Special a deluxe 2 door sedan. I have a clear and clean signed title from 1958 for a 42 chevy coupe to used with this car to register it.( Very difficult to find by it self) Very limited production due to the start of World War 2. Runs and drives have NOS parking lights and complete set of rare 1942 only accessory bumper wing tips. I have all the stainless trim. The engine transmission rear end brakes chassis are all rebuilt/ restored. It runs and drives and stops. Needs a battery and a hot lead to the coil to start and run. Runs smooth and quiet. Needs glass( I have the rear window)and needs interior and wiring and tires to make it a driver . Has an excellent rust patina no major rust needs minor patches in trunk floor and spare tire well and a few small ones here and there has solid original floors. I have both bumpers with all bumper guards and a very rare Fenton finned aluminum valve cover. It has been lowered in the rear with 3 inch blocks and 3 leafs removed I still have the removed leafs. Front seat is the original 50/50 bench with springs needs reupholstered no back seat but they can be found on eBay for cheap. $500 non refundable deposit due within 24 hrs of auction close.
