SOLID PROJECT
1972 Pantera. Solid project.Approx. 41k miles.
Missing the following pieces: Bumpers; door panels; 1 seat; windshield; exhaust system; intake/carb; other miscellaneous things.Needs small replacement metal pieces under front core/grille area.I DO HAVE original transmission, block, crank, and heads (main caps and rod caps were misplaced by previous owner.AC is still there as well as most parts needed for a complete Pantera (other than specified).
Underbody was WELL coated and from all my probing is solid except for 2 small, nickel size areas up front.
VERY STRUCTURALLY SOLID PANTERA.
- Outer Rockers solid.
- Floors / interior rockers solid.
- Pillars solid.
- Engine cradle solid.
- Windshield surround solid
Door bottoms need attention as do a few spots on roof and scattered pinhole-ish perforations. Sheet metal around front grill needs replacement.
