Description

This is an S code Mustang Hardtop with the 390ci 325 HP engine. It has a Demon 4bbl carburetor on top with a C6 Automatic 3 speed transmission and 3.00 rear axle. There were only 1,343 produced with this engine and transmission. Only 969 were produced with this paint. The headers and the dual exhaust system make a nice muscle tone. This car was built in the Metuchen, New Jersey plant on February 13, 1968 and was born with Black Raven paint and black interior. The black paint still has a deep shine and the silver stripes really look good on the hood. The black bucket seats, carpet and headliner are all in good condition. The car has front disk brakes and power steering. It also has an updated AM/FM stereo. Additional gauges that were added include a Sun Super Tach on the steering column and water and oil pressure gauges under the dash . A new aluminum radiator was installed recently along with a new fuel pump, starter and shifter. The American racing wheels with the Kuhmo P215/50R17 tires in front and P245/45/R17 tires in rear were added to make a custom appearance. A full set of Magnum 500 wheels and tires are included with the car along with all the original emblems and front grill treatments. The odometer shows 34,400 but we are not able to verify accuracy. A Marti Report verifying the cars history is also included. We can arrange shipping at buyers expense. 90 day powertrain warranty with zero deductible available in the US from ASC. Please contact Suncoast Classic Cars at 912-235-2347 for more information.
