Engine:-5.0 V8-FRPP b303 cam-Cold air intake (new filter)-80mm throttle body (recently added)-GT40 upper/lower intakes-MSD Ignition-BBK shorty headers (recently added)-BBK h-pipe (recently added)-Flowmasters-EGR delete with block off plate (CEL because it's untuned/recently added)-Smog pump delete-Needs a tune for the modifications. Runs good, but not full potential running stock tune.
Transmission/transaxle:-Needs rebuilt. 1st gear slips once transmission is up to temp.-2.73 factory gears

I'm not in a hurry and I don't have to get rid of it. Like I said, the car is a rust free southern car. Hasn't even seen a winter. The car just needs a transmission, which I priced from $100 to $300 for a used AOD and priced a full T-5 swap (trans, pedals, etc) for $750. I just don't really have the time to mess with it. It's drives fine till the trans warms up and 1st gear will start slipping. I usually can go on about 10-15 minute drive without it slipping if I drive it easy. It can be test driven with no problems.
