1975 Scout II Complete Build

This is a one of a kind custom built Scout II. I built this vehicle with every intention of keeping it but life events have forced me to sell it. My loss is your gain. Absolutely everything on this Scout is custom. I am asking half what I have into it, ot including the hundreds upon hundreds of hours spent actually building it.

Drivetrain

304 Fuel Injected V8, as aluminum 4bbl intake, Stans Tri-Y headers, hand built 2 1/2" exhaust with crossover. Lincoln Mark 8 Electric fan with SPAL 3 setting adjustable controller. 727 Auto transmission with custom remote trans cooler. Completely rewired with Kwik Wire 14 Circuit harness with built in kill switch for theft prevention. Dual Optima Batteries, ne Red Top for engine systems, ne Yellow Top for accessories. High Torque Mini Starter with remote heavy Duty solenoid. Hydraboost power steering and brakes. 4 Wheel disc brakes. Custom Drive Lines. Custom Rear Dana 60 with Dutchmen 35 Spline Axles, :88 gears and aggressive Power-Lok diff. Chevy Dana 44 Front, hevy hub conversion, arts Mike High Steer, :88 Gears and aggressive Power-Lok. One of a kind Spring Over conversion with Reverse Shackle and Bilstein Shocks all 4 corners. Chevy 2.5" wide springs in front with 2" lift Rancho Scout II springs in rear. Set of 5 35x12.50.15 Dunlop Mud Rovers with very little wear (spare is band new).

Interior

All Custom AutoMeter Gauges with Red Led lighting. Custom one of a kind VERY awesome Full Roll Cage with integrated front and rear seat mounts. Corbeau Wide Reclining Front suspension seats with integrated retractable 4 point racing harness'. Rear Corbeau bench suspension seat with Corbeau wide lap belts. Top has been heavily insulated and has a LED lighting in the headliner (would need wiring finished). Accessory fuse panel (all accessories need to be wired and finished). Brand new in the box complete carpet kit (not yet installed).

Exterior

Custom functional Cowl induction hood scoop. Chevy Atomic orange paint. One of a kind International Blacked out Decals. One of a kind LED Handmade Tail lights. Custom LED Side Marker lights. Halogen H4 Round Eyes headlights. SS2 Grill and Tailgate Inserts. 20% Tinting on all windows.

There are so many more upgrades I just can't list them all. Clean PreSmog California paperwork on Non-op. No fees or issues. Title in my name.

This is a 95% complete build up. Some of the little things will need to be completed are as follows.

Accessory wiring, umpers Front and Rear, tereo, nstall Carpet Kit. Need to finish an emergency brake system.

A couple of issues.

The body work around the hood scoop is cracking. I was going to resolve this with a vinyl overlay. Some body work on the passenger rear quarter panel is also cracking. Again I was going to apply some vinyl Rallye graphics so was not concerned with it. The hood has a slight "rise" in it at the support. When removing some vinyl graphics on the bottom of the door a silver dollar sized paint chip was pulled off. This could potentially be matched and repaired. There are other little bugs that may need to be worked out as this Scout has seen very little road time since building it.

This Scout will get you noticed EVERYWHERE you go. It looks, ounds and drives awesome. You can build one yourself, r just buy this one and save thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours.
