When I got this truck the engine was disassembled to replace a cracked head. The pistons were frozen in the cylinders and though I tried to free them up I was unable to. I purchased a good used head with good valves and guides but since I was not able to free up the cylinders I never installed it.
I was planning to have a machine shop remove the pistons and bore the cylinders. With so many projects I was not able to get the truck running. Otherwise it is complete and in pretty good shape overal. It has very little rust and would make a great project for someone looking to restore or fix the motor and drive as is.
It also has a complete system to run on Propane and when installed can run on diesel or propane.
Rare roof rack.
It has been stored for several years so it looks much worse than it would with a good clean up.
It had a new fuel tank and new brakes as well as some other stuff when I got it.
This Rover was imported from Norway and has all the appropriate documents to register it in the U.S.
