Description
This is an extremely well preserved 1973 Lincoln Continental. I am aware of 2 owners prior to myself. Both owners had the car garage kept. I replaced the 4 barrel carburetor with a rebuilt one and its starter with a rebuilt one. There is a needed replacement of U-Joints on the front end of the drive train. Parts cost at most $20 and labor will cost $400-$500. I have kept this car as original as possible. The upholstered interior is in exceptional shape except for one slight tear in the roof of the interior (about 3 inches if that). It has 4 thumbnail sized cancer spots that have hardly attacked the body and a scratch on the passanger door. There is no accident history of this car. Its frame, ody, nd interior are all in extremely well condition for this year. It houses an AM radio only. It has automatic windows, eats, nd side mirror. The driver side window and the back two windows do NOT work. I am the only owner who has taken the time and effort to show off this vehicle, olish it, ax it, nd repair it (even though there were hardly any repairs needed). The paint is original, he vinyl roof, he upholstered interior, he hub caps, ims, ngine, ransmission, tc. are all original. The only parts that needed replacement were the carburetor, tarter and exhaust pipe system. This car runs strong and smooth, t is 19 feet long and weighs about 3 tons. It was a dream car of mine and I believe I exalted it as much as possible. I took care of it and think that it is time for a new antique car for me to enjoy. A 1973 lincoln continental in this condition costs roughly $14,000 (as appraised by a few car experts and fellow friends at a car show), owever, onsidering the drive train issue, he windows, nd the slight cancer spots, have reduced the asking price enough so that there is room for profit on the buyers end. It is the buyers responsibility for pick-up/delivery. Payment will be through certified cashiers check or cash with an outside deal. Any questions conserning the car, y statistics, r purchase details, all 609-231-4828.
