Up for sale is a 4 door 1967 Lincoln Continental with suicide doors.
History of the Lincoln - In 1967 the MEL engine was expanded from 430 to 462 cubic inches..Parking lights and front turn signals went back into the front bumperand taillights set in the rear bumper for the first time. The length was increased by 5 inches to 220.9 in, he width by an 1-inch to 79.7 and the height by almost 1-inch to 55.0. This car is correct in every way.
To start off with the car is rock solid and laser straight however, t has some surface rust on the window columns. The suicide doors are iconic for Lincoln and these are perfect. The interior is like the rest of the car-factory original. For a 48 year old car it is in excellent shape. No tears but some obvious cracking and fading. The engine is a 462 V8 with matching auto transmission, riginal. Mileage unable to confirm.
This car in unmolested, reserved and virtually untouched. Appears to be completely original.
Auction may end early as the car is being advertised locally.
