Description

I am aggressively selling our 1981 Mercedes Benz 380SLC. We are moving in one week and cannot take the car with us. The body is in excellent shape, ith the interior (all leather and wood trim) in excellent condition also. V8 ALUMINUM ENGINE. The leather has been covered with a lambskin protectant since purchase 25 years ago. Smokefree environment. ONLY 65,000 MILES! It hasn't been driven in almost 10 years. I know it needs a new ac (quoted $300 to replace), ew battery, nd may need some transmission & other mechanical work to get back on the road. It has been garaged it's entire life, utside of the about 5 years in which it was covered and under a carport. The specialized rims alone are worth 2K, ut we are looking for an owner that wants to enjoy this car, ot piece it out for parts. It's a restorer's dream! When running, t is silent, mooth and sleek. Has been in our family for 25+ years, e are 2nd owner. This is one of only 1500 models produced and only in 1981, hich was the final year of Mercedes SLC Production. It is much more rare than it's SL cousin, amp; it comfortably seats 4-5 people, lthough has a sports car appearance. It is a beautiful car and will make someone very happy to restore and enjoy:) We have one week to have it removed from the garage it is currently in, o serious inquiries only pls.
