This 1962 Mercedes 180d ponton was my everyday driver till I met a woman that was too embarrassed to be seen in a classic. It's been parked for around 5 years...sometimes in a garage, sometimes not- currently under a carport. If I put a battery to it- it starts and sounds good but I don't run it long-a 4 cyl diesel with less than 139.000 miles .Its now a project but with a lot of potential. Its all original except the paint which has faded. orig color was black. The leather has faded also but the stitching is strong and would look good re-dyed. The only thing wrong with it when I was driving it was the parking light was broke. There are two brand new lights in a box in the trunk that I bought and never put on and the small area of the dash with all the knobs had two small cracks that have since separated. I have been keeping this car with the intentions of restoring her but theres just no time. I only hope whoever buys her is not local so I don't have to see her around town....1500-no reserve. If you need time for pick-up -- its safe where its parked.
Has listed as 190 due to ebay giving me no choice but it has 180 d emblems in amd out of car.
