Description

Bought in 2012 with blown head gasket. I had head resurfaced by a reputable shop in Arizona, nd put it back together well. Most seals and gaskets replaced, ncluding front seal, nd drove it till now with great pleasure. I put 30.000 miles on it. Runs very good, hifts good. Fast car. interior is nice still but of course has the typical cracked dash. No rust, Z car. straight body with clear coat peeling. looks great when wet! charcoal on grey leather. AC was cold as I replaced the compressor, ut now a small leak between lines and compressor has caused it to stop working. I am looking into that now. sits on 17' SL wheels. 207.000 miles. Drives straight, rakes good. Good daily driver for 300000 more miles or a great candidate to put a paint job and have a $7500 car. Body is very straight.

On Nov-17-15 at 09:57:58 PST, eller added the following information:

AC works, lows cold, lso through center vents. For more photo's of the dry peeling paint please email me. This is not a show car obviously but a great daily driver, hat starts on half a turn, uns good and straight down the road, rakes good and shifts good. Even factory radio works. Antenna doesn't. Right rear window regulator does not work but I am including 3 regulators I took out of a 350SDL in the sale. Tires are michelins that will go quite a way further but are by no means in great shape. The sunroof gasket has shrunk a bit which causes it to not completely close unless you tuck that corner of the gasket in. otherwise it sits 2 mm lower on one edge. The driver side hood latch is stuck and it thus closes only on passenger side. that's why it looks like the hood sits a bit higher on driver side. If I find another latch I will take headlight out and replace it. The metal pieces under the headlight are original but missing the wipers. Someone took them out. These can be put back if so desired or get 2 metal pieces from a 300SD that doesn't have those silly wipers of course, hich is what I wanted to do.. For any questions again, lease don't hesitate to ask.
