I am the owner of a classic car restoration shop and have owned and driven this car for 5 years. Car has been 100% gone through and is as reliable (or more) than the day it was new. I restored it five years ago and have recently done a respray. The car won1st place 5 years ago at the annual British Car Day in md and second two years ago. The car has zero bondo rust repair and is very solid. .It has autocross springs and swaybar, ube shock conversion and steel braided brake hoses. The head has been milled and mildly ported, igh volume oil pump, ow to mid range camshaft and big bore stainless exhaust. The car is a blast to drive, ery torquey and quick handling without being harsh. .I have driven restored and worked on a lot of mgb s and haven't found one this reliable or fun to drive.
