(I did tire shine the tire's) It runs and drives great but if you were planning on racing it it will need a tune up and I would recommend a readjustment of the carb's for maximum performance.This car has the "green" Package. It looks to have 2 resonator's Catalytic converter and a smog pump. It should be 50 state legal but please check your state law's.
