It has a clean title and I have it in my hands.

Back tires are very good
Newer radiator
Battery 1.5 years old.
Alternator 1.5 years old.
The motor is the 3800. 3.8 L V6.
The engine runs very good.
No issues with the engine at all.
Lights, oors,trunk all work,wipers work,
gas gauge works,all power windows work.
Here is the list of things that need attention:
Breaks.The breaks work, ut are really soft.
Driver side break caliper leaks oil.
