MUST SELL NEED MONEY DOWN FOR NEW HOUSE!!
MAKE SERIOUS OFFER!! YOU WILL NOTICE I AM SELLING MY DAILY DRIVER 1978 EL CAMINO SUPER SPORT AS WELL :( TRYING TO GIVE MY WIFE A NICE 17 ANNIVERSARY GIFT FOR JUNE 25TH!! A PLACE TO STAY :)
You are looking at a collectible 1977 924 first year of this model that Porsche went to water cooled engine. The story on it is my dad bought this to play around with but has since changed his plans so I am selling it for him. He bought it from a guy who had it as a father and son project on the weekends. It is apparent it has been sitting for a bit. However, it is running. Since my dad has owned it he put in a new master cylinder. It NEEDS a tune up as you have to pump the gas for a bit as you initially start it up. After that it runs I have been driving it just around our neighborhood to ensure all the gears and engine shift out good. I have had it up to 60-70 mph with no shakes or hesitation. This is for a Porsche enthusiast or car collector who doesn't mind investing a little time and money for this vehicle.
It is a 4 speed manual transmission, it has the hard top sunroof(pics show that two of the front clips are missing but still closes and locks good from back) cool front black plaid bucket seats. The body is pretty straight besides the little dent on the passenger side by front of headlight. Crack in windshield. Also it looks like the previous owner put some sort of painted plaster over the cracked dash...Could use a new paint job. Tires are pretty decent the original wheels and tires are in decent shape. All the porsche emblem center caps are on the wheels. No rust on wheels just need good cleaning. For some reason the headlights don't work, speedometer not working, has some surface rust on roof, strong gas smell sometimes when driving. Clear open title... OVERALL A VERY FUN AND COOL CAR TO DRIVE!!
FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS!! HAPPY BIDDING!!
