Top of the line for 1952 Studebaker Land Cruiser sedan with V-8 motor and auto transmission. Starts, uns, ides well, andles well. Transmission shifts properly, xhaust system is quiet. Brakes need to be repaired, nly the emergency brake is functioning. Tires look nearly new but are actually pretty old and are developing some cracking, old air fine. Motor does not smoke or knock, olds good oil pressure. Cooling system has no leaks.Car runs off its own gas tank. Car still operates on original 6 volt system and charging system works fine. Battery is a little on the weak sidemakes car occasionally hard to restart after running for a while. Recent oil and filter change, oints and plugs, ater pump.
All glass is good. All glass lenses are in good condition. Car has really unique visor with green plastic inserts which give a soft hue to the windshield. Hubcaps are not correct but look OK. All trim is present ( the driver's side rocker trim piece is inside the car. Headliner has two small holes, eats are not too bad, oor panels look OK.
Biggest body issues are the rot in the floor areas just inside the doors. All the rest of the floor pans are OK. Rockers, articularly on the driver's side need to be replaced. Trunk, ther than being messy, s solid.There is one small area of rot on back right frame bottom whichin no way undermines the frame strength.These issues are a pretty easy fixfor anyone who can handle a wire or gas welder. Door bottoms are in good shape.
