This car was bought and resided in Southern California until we moved to northern California in 2012.We thenmoved to Southern Oregon in 2014. We are the third owners. The second owner hadit for 32 years. We've had it for 6 years now. It was ground-up restored in 2002 when some custom features were added including front disk brakes, stereo with front and rear speakers, custom paint and interior.
I don't know if it has the original engine but it has a completely stock 1300cc engine with 1967 carburetor set up (automatic choke). All original sheet metal.Its very clean, has new radial tires. Runs and drivesexcellent. The rag top is fully functional but will need a new cover for cosmetic reasons only.The wipers don't work. Because we show the car, we don't drive in bad weather and never bothered to fix them.
We show the car at local shows and it draws attention wherever it goes. It was featured in the local newspaper last summer and the copy is available. We have likely only drivenless than 2000 miles in 6 years.It's the wife's car and she drives it less and less as time goes by. Its time to let it go. I would trust it to go anywhere if you choose to pick it up or I can deliver it to the nearest major highway to meet a carrier. Feel free to ask questions.
