J & S Beach Buggy
RARE,registeredand "Fully engineered in N.S.W."
Built on 1967 VW Beetle with cut down floor pan, body off respray, rewired, reconditionedfueltank,reupholstered.Has as new full soft top and side curtains.Tilt steering column.235x60x14 front,295x50x15 rear on new Dragways etched as pictured.Tyres as new.Has new marine radio.Engine is 1600 with extractors, otherwise in good stock condition, driveline and front is all 1967 on drums, has a few minor leaks as you'd expect but will pass rego as is no problem.I was going to install a new stock crate engine but interests have changed.Nothing to spend, just transfer the rego and enjoy summer.Currently reassembling after reconditioning the fuel tank (it's a body off job) plus tidying up the wiring and will be available end of August and sold with 12 months NSW rego.This is an Aussie body, RHD it is not an import: it's fully engineered as a shortened floor pan and imho the best looking body of them all.
I had a Manx on an earlier pan in the mid 70's, this is by far a much nicer drive: it's still very go karty but very easy to drive.
