Here we have a 74 Karmann Ghia VW vin number 144266187. This car has had extensive work done on it over the years. An engine overhaul in 2009 at that time it received 94 mm piston & cylinders 041 cylinder heads 69 mm counter weighted crankshaft. A set of German lifters Engle 101 /110 camshaft. Dual Kadron 40 mm Carburetors. Engine work on this car was so extensive that there are invoices here for $9000+ worth of work. Everything was done from a new engine case. pistons cylinders. rods. heads were re done. ounter weighted crank flywheel. push rod tubes. main rod and cam bearings air cleaners clutch disk. labor to pull motor. tear down. clean up. build motor and install of course. Brakes were rebuilt from the cylinders to the calipers new drums. rotors. pads complete brake rebuild. $24. 00 dollars in receipts from engine and brake work along with general maintenance for the car. Its had some interior work done on the seats. Bumper work was done a replacement it looks like. A stereo was installed by Car Toys. The left front fender show some evidence of bodywork that is bubbling up. Overall it looks like a very well kept car. Car has only been driven some 70 miles in the last couple of years she starts and runs great.
