Description
We picked this volvo up off from a local seller who was selling it because it was having some stallingissues but he didn't have the time to deal with it. Before I go any further I want it to known that we previously owned a 1994 Volvo 850 sedan that I drove for years before giving it to my father who still drives the car to this and its nearing 300,000 miles so I know a little about volvos. Back to this one. After we purchased this wagon I got it back to garage pulled the codes and found that the mass air flow sensor was bad. So I checked the mass air flow sensor that was installed and it just so happened to lookrelativelynew, owever it was an off brand sensor. These cars like oem parts from my experience. So if you go look in my feedback you can see that I purchased a used one and when it came in the mail I installed it and wouldn't you know it thestallinghad vanished. I cleared the code and have been testing driving it for a few miles each day and she is performing fine. Engine is strong, ransmission shifts fine, c blows cold...all windows function probably, ncluding moonroof. All lights work I really think this is a good car. Great service records, ctual miles, nd it appears that the timing belt has been replaced on the car twice. Brakes feel good. There are no dents that I can find on the car and no deep scratches or anything that couldnt be buffed out. A little bit of fading or oxidation on the roof and hood of the car but no rust. The only things that I can really tell that need to be done to this wagon is the upper motor mount, nd then possibly front struts, here not shot, ut should probably be a little tighter. Oh and the headliner needs to be replaced. This car is tank and I really wouldn't mind keeping this for myself. Im not a mechanic, ust a do it your selfer who previously owned an 850 sedan that I got my monies worth out of. This is an as is sale. $250 non refundabledepositis due after the auction is over. There is no reserve. Please don't bid if you don't intend to pay. Please don't bid before contacting me if you have zero feedback. This car will be listed locally and we deserve the right to end this auction at anytime for a local sale. Thank you for looking and feel free to contact us with any questions comments or concerns. Thanks
