Description
1969 Dodge Coronet 440Email to see more. 24 is not enough to show all of the car in detail. I have close to 100 pics and a couple videos!!! Feel free to ask any questions. ***This will be the last time this vehicle is listed on eBay. Relisting is getting expensive haha and I figure if it doesn't sell. it's simply not meant to be. ***My 4spd Mopar will just have to wait. or I'll just turn this into a 4spd :DShort Video of car here (may have to copy and paste link. I couldn't get it to work correctly)https://www. youtube. com/watch?v=XrPgtLwLh2Y Clean. solid 1969 Dodge Coronet. I am listing this car as a good. solid. driver condition vehicle. It does need some TLC. Mostly just small things I haven't gotten around to doin yet. Doesnt need much to be a very very nice show car. or just drive as is. Get looks and thumbs up everytime! Car is 99% rust free. I say 99 because there is one small spot in trunk (smaller than a dime) and some on corner of rear window. The car retains all of original sheet metal with exception of rear bumper (AMD part). Some bubbling under old paint job (see pics). some paint missing off driver's C-pillar. seam sealer showing where vinyl top used to be. Don't let undercarriage pics deter you. its just coated with lots of thick undercoating. Which has likely saved this car from the Ohio winters from rusting away. This car is very solid. Good solid frame. floors. trunk and trunk extensions. quarters. cowl. firewall. rad support. etc etc. Was a small spot o rust on drivers frame rail. but this was (thankfully) spotted early and taken care of (have invoice). Also was in a hit n run a few years back. rear bumper took most of the damage. no structural damage. Same shop that did the section on the frame also did this and did a fantastic job (have before and after pics). Lastly. for some reason a small section of both rear frame rails looked as if someone took a can opener to them. maybe to feed battery cable thru (used to have battery mounted in trunk). However they didn't fix it when finished. Had I a welder it could be tapped back in place and welded back up. Not too big or even rusty at all. just ugly to look at if you're peeking under the car (have pics). Car was originally T7 (Dark Bronze Metallic) with tan vinyl top. Now bright yellow (as you may have noticed) with black R/T stripe. Paint is likely pushing 10 years old now and starting to show its age but easily cleans and shines up enough for cruising!! Despite the stripe and '440' callout on scoop. it is obviously not a real R/T and not a 440. but now a thumping 451 Cu In stroker engine. Car still has original tan interior upholstery which is in VGC and new carpet from Legendary. Small hole in middle of seat on drivers side. caused by screwdriver in pocket. ask me how I know haha Definitely kicked myself for that one. Anyways. also new Sony speakers. but no radio. I have one. also Sony. just not installed. I bought the car some 8 years ago in Virginia Beach. VA while still in the Navy. Had it ever since. Don't know too much about the car before that. was sitting on a buy here pay here lot lol. I think it was called Car Point. but I do know it was on VA Beach Blvd. Have a lot of time and money in the old gal. I feel my asking price is quite fair. I mean where else are you gonna find a reliable. running. driving. big Block B body Mopar in great shape for less than 20k?!? hahaFor me. I feel it's time to move on to another car. plus I really have the 4spd bug haMay be interested in non Mopar trades but will be looking for cash boot. But as mentioned really looking for a 4spd Mopar.
