Selling a 1975 International scout with lots of extra parts. This Scout started its life in Colorado and now in NJ. Has been in a garage for 13 years and off the road for 9 years. Has rust and as per previous owner it starts and runs when it wants to and he felt it had an electrical short or maybe just a bad starter.
